Japan, Odaka,10 March, 2013.Located about twenty kilometers from Fukushima in northeast Japan, the town of Odaka remained fixed since March 11, 2011.That day, the earthquake force 9 and followed by tsunami devastated lives, landscapes and all forms of construction to the gates of the city.The two explosions at the heart of nuclear radioactive pollution caused throughout the region, leading authorities to evacuate in a hurry all those still present.The rubble left by the tsunami could not be released because of the high radioactivity, much too dangerous for workers working in the open air.There are so many car wrecks that gutted houses.All kinds of waste littering the waterfront up to three kilometers inland.Since the disaster, tolerated radioactivity standards were revised upwards, some people who had fled their homes can return home from time to time only the day as the center of the city is closed at night.The police control the identity to avoid any looting in Odaka city deserted..Jean-Patrick Di Silvestro / Regardirect
